To maintain scientific and operational independence, the activities of the center are financed by the donation and the competitive research funds. The center do not commissioned research.

We value theoretical, experimental, and empirical research that promote the basic understanding of the social mechanism of inequality among children, in addition to more practical research to evaluate specific policies.
